SERVICES AND FEATURES PROVIDED
Publicly Accessible Fixed Telephone Service
The service allows you to make and receive national and international calls from a fixed location, including calls to emergency services, using PNN (National Numbering Plan) numbers. It is available via SIP technology and requires internet access with a fixed IP address.
Nomadic Telephone Service
It allows national and international calls without guaranteed geographic location. The features and requirements are identical to the fixed-line service, except for the IP restriction.
RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The updated tariff plans (postpaid and prepaid) are available on the website. The postpaid service is billed monthly with a 15-day payment period. The prepaid service requires a pre-load with a 15-day validity period.
RESPONSIBLE USE POLICY
Unlimited plans for national landlines are subject to a maximum usage of 10 minutes/month. Any exceeding this limit will be charged at €0.20/min (excluding VAT).
PORTABILITY
IBERIA TELECOM guarantees number portability at no additional cost, with a minimum processing time of 2 business days after receiving the required documentation. Portability costs: R$ 25.00 per number.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Support for emergency services (112) is guaranteed, subject to internet connectivity.
It does not support pre-selection.

REFUNDS AND COMPENSATION
During number portability, interruptions exceeding 12 hours entitle you to compensation of €2/day/number, up to a maximum of €60.

CONTRACT TERMINATION
Possible after the contractual period with 15 days' notice. Proportional penalties apply in case of early termination.
NETWORK SECURITY AND CITIZENS
IBERIA TELECOM maintains a system for continuous monitoring of its networks and services with a view to detecting any security breaches or loss of integrity.
In the event of an occurrence that causes significant disruption, a notice will be published on this page describing the incident, the date, and the measures taken. This information is updated annually, as required by ANACOM's resolution of December 12, 2013.
DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
Resolution in accordance with Law No. 51/2011. Clients may resort to arbitration entities such as CNIACC or Regional Centers.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS
The provision of services is governed by Portuguese law and, in particular, by the provisions of Law No. 51/2011 of September 13. Without prejudice to recourse to alternative dispute resolution entities, the courts and the entities responsible for the defense and promotion of consumer rights, the customer may complain to Iberia Telecom about acts or omissions that he or she considers to be in violation of these terms of service and adhesion contract, and must do so, under penalty of forfeiture of the right, in writing and within 30 days of becoming aware of the fact, with Iberia Telecom being obliged to analyze the complaints and inform the customer in writing of its decision, within the same period, after their presentation.
Any complaint may be submitted in writing, addressed to the headquarters address, to the attention of "Customer and Complaints Management", and must expressly state that it is a complaint.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) The European Commission has created the ODR platform https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=PT for alternative dispute resolution between consumers and traders relating to online sales or service contracts.
An “online sales or services contract” is defined as a sales or services contract in which a trader, or their intermediary, offers goods or services on a website or through other electronic means, which the consumer orders on the same website or through other electronic means (Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013).
Incidences
The information presented on this page is provided by Iberia Telecom in compliance with the ICP-ANACOM decision of December 12, 2013, regarding the "disclosure to the public, by companies offering public communications networks or publicly accessible electronic communications services, of security breaches or losses of integrity occurring in their networks and services."
So far, there have been no incidents to report.
