Company History

Iberia Telecom was born from the shared vision of its two founding partners who identified a gap in the market for tailored, high-quality telecom solutions for business clients. With over twenty years of combined experience in wholesale voice and data services, they established the company in Spain under the legal entity Iberia Voz & Data S.L.U., aiming to set a new standard in reliability and customer care.

Early Milestones & Regulatory Approvals

January 2025
We completed our authorization process with Spain’s CNMC, fully aligning our voice and data service offerings with Spanish and EU telecommunications regulations.

March 2025
Iberia Voz & Data S.L. formally notified ANACOM of its intention to provide electronic communications networks and services in Portugal, registering under reference CE-2025-014. This authorization covers:

November 2025
Iberia Telecom obtained its own national numbering ranges in Spain, enabling us to offer full nationwide coverage without reliance on third-party providers. This milestone ensures greater control, reliability, and scalability by delivering services directly to our customers.

January 2026
Strategic agreements for RCS (Rich Communication Services) were established. RCS enhances business communications through brand verification, end-to-end encryption, and verified senders, significantly reducing fraud and spam. It also enables interactive messaging (images, buttons, two-way chat) with advanced analytics, improving customer experience and conversion rates without requiring additional apps.

Building a Robust Infrastructure

From day one, we invested in proprietary network deployments and Tier-1 carrier interconnections to ensure redundancy and service excellence. Our SIP Trunking and VoIP platform is engineered for high-volume traffic with 24/7 monitoring, under the technical leadership of Daniel, our CTO.

Growth & First Clients

By late 2025, after rigorous internal validation, we opened our services to B2B clients across key markets in Spain and Portugal. In the first half-year, we onboarded customers in retail, logistics, and financial sectors, who praised our transparent billing and flexible number management for both geographic and non-geographic ranges.
